Good health habits are washing hands, having healthy diet, Exercise every day, wearing masks, brushing teeth twice a day, cutting nails and like that. By following them,We can our lives.
Good health habits help us to prevent from illness,save money and time,live long and happily, work hard and earn money. There for it is essential for our life.
There for if you want to save our lives. We should follow healthy guidelines, See a doctor once a year,drink pure water and after we should teach our young generation about the value of good health.
We should not eat junk foods, drink impure water, eat sweets, consume oil and salt,smoke and We should not drink artificial drinks
Exercises help us for a healthy life. Exercises burn our calories, maintain a healthy weight and exercises help to improve heart and lung health.
